Apricot Virtual Support is a London based IT company who’s simple philosophy is to take the complexity out of IT support. With a very flexible business model offering predominantly a remote service but also catering for onsite work depending on your requirements. We applied the exact same rationale when undertaking their design brief for a new brand identity. With a collaborative approach we undertook a full brand refresh to mark a new chapter for the business.

Working with with an open brief is always good when approaching a brand refresh, however the owners wanted to retain the core colours for familiarity and brand equity but with an injection of modernity. The key drivers which inspired the creative direction had to come from the heart of what Apricot stood for:

Connected / Supportive / Flexible / Adaptable / Fluid / Responsive

This inspired my thinking when exploring the graphic language ultimately coming up with a set of assets to be used across both print and digital formats that resonated with the above.
